Step By Step
Initial Meeting
During the discovery phase, you will share your vision with our team. We will start a study to ensure the vision you expect can become a reality.
Selections
During this phase, the client will begin to select materials and fixtures with the help of our Selections sheet. This sheet helps making decisions simple and keeps a client on schedule and on budget.
Conceptual
Based on your style, we will create concept drawings to provide a visual of your new space. A preliminary budget will also be completed to provide you with control over costs.
Planning
Once the selections are complete, the ordering process begins. In this phase we also schedule all subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries and develop the construction schedule.
Design Development
Once the concept drawings are approved, additional detailed drawings will be created that include floor plans, elevations and selections.
Build
Once construction is underway, the lead carpenter will be on site to oversee every phase of the process. Should any unexpected challenges or questions arise, we will communicate them with the client and collaborate on a creative solution.
